On this page we list all the various information sheet you can find on this site. We add things regularly. Please look here if you have questions about our products.
At The Deli you will find prepared foods. These foods range from caviar to terrines of foie gras.
At The Butcher you will find meat, poultry, game and seafood. We supply everything from ducks to whole wild boar. Dungeness crabs to Nantucket scollops.
In the Produce section you will find mushrooms and specialty vegetables. We have a wid range of wild and domestic mushrooms and seasonal regional American vegatables as we can get supplies.
In The Pantry you will find jared spices, jams and jellies, pasta, grains and other foods that can be stored in your pantry. We have searched the US for special products so our selection may seem somewhat erratic, but remember or charter is to provide the best, not the ordinary.
Outside the US
Although the offerings above come from many countries, we provide some separate information on national specialties. Since our staff includes peope from the United States, Mexico and Japan we have special offers in this area.
