The foie gras sold by

is drop shipped to you from D'Artagnan. The domestic foie gras comes from either Moulard or Muscovy Ducks (see
ducks
) that are grown on farms in either the Hudson Valley, New York or in the Sonoma Valley, California. The French ducks and geese are imported by D'Artagnan from the Midi-Pyrénées and are the only traditionally raised imported foie gras offered in the United States. Fois gras comes in three grades: A, B and C (see
