Dry Cornbread

| 1 cup all-purpose flour |
| 3 teaspoons baking powder |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 2 tablespoons sugar |
| 1 cup yellow cornmeal |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 cup milk |
| 1/4 cup vegetable oil |

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cornmeal; combine well. Gradually beat in eggs and milk until dry ingredients are well moistened. Stir in vegetable oil. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with additional vegetable oil and pour in batter. Bake 30 minutes, until the top is slightly brown.
